ZESA Power Alert: Notice Of Power Outage In Parktown, Vainona, Chisipite, Willowvale

The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC), a subsidiary of the Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority (ZESA) has announced planned power interruption in some parts of Harare. Pindula News the statements ZETDC released to that effect.

The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) would like to advise its valued customers in Harare Region that there would be a power supply interruption on Sunday 07 November 2021 from 0800 hours to 1600 hours for the purpose of carrying out critical maintenance works.

Affected areas are: Willowvale Industries, Willowvale Flats, Gazaland, Geneva Blocks, Western Triangle, Zororo, New Canaan, Engineering, Eaglesvale School, and Highglen Shops.

Customers are advised to treat all circuits as LIVE during this period as power may be restored without notice.

The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) would like to apologize to its valued customers in Harare Region for the power outage due to a damaged underground cable on the feeder supplying them.

Areas affected are: Chisipite: Area around Enterprise road, Pevensey Road, Richmond Road, Gaynor road. Addington Lane, Steppes Road and Ridgeway North.

ZETDC engineers and technicians are working to rectify the fault.

Areas affected are:

Vainona: Bargate road, Alpes road and Harare Drive.

The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) would like to apologize to its valued customers in Harare Region for the power outage due to a stolen underground cable.

Areas affected are: Masotcha Ndlovu Parktown: Currie close, Darrin close, Ella close and Hampton way.

ZETDC engineers and technicians are working to rectify the fault and restoration to normal service may take longer than expected.

The inconvenience caused is sincerely regretted.
