ZESA Apologises Over Challenges In Purchasing Electricity
The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) has apologised after its customers countrywide experienced challenges in using its Self-Service Portal for the purchase of electricity and other related services. ZETDC, a subsidiary of the Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority (ZESA) issued a statement on Thursday announcing that they were seized with the matter. Pindula News presents ZETDC’s statement:
NOTICE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS
The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) would like to apologise to its valued customers countrywide for the inconvenience that they are facing in utilizing the Self-Service Portal for the purchase of electricity and other related services.
The technical challenges have also affected the purchase of electricity meters at all suppliers under the Customer Supplied Prepaid Meter Scheme.
