*Job Description*
Provide the Business support in key business initiatives to ensure sustainability and contribute to business results.
*Duties and Responsibilities*

Meet month to month Sales Target in New Equipment.
Sustain and Grow machine sales within allocated territories /customer base.
Effective Territory Management.
Accurately and Effectively deal with Sales administrative tasks.
Manage all aspects of the Sales Process.
Develop good customer relationships.
*Qualifications and Experience*

Degree in Marketing and or business administration or any related field is considered.
Minimum of 5+ years in the same position.
Computer literacy (including relevant SAP exposure)[MS Office &SIS ET].
Successful previous experience as a sales representative.
Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels (verbal and written communication including listening).
Business Development skills and knowledge.
Networking and liaison, customer responsiveness and building relationships.
Time and self-management.
Professional and Technical Competence.
Knowledge of Caterpillar product line including accessories and work tools
Sound knowledge of Caterpillar equipment and Rental Industry.
