Reviews monitoring and inspection reports. Assists the Director in implementing the departmental work plan and coordinating activities. Coordinate training of staff and other stakeholders on the departmental functions. Develop and track implementation of budgets for the department. Track implementation of recommendations from M&I reports. Coordinate stakeholder engagement meetings. Coordinate Thematic Working Group activities guided by the Director for M&I. Lead teams in the reviewing of manuals and tools for the M&I Department. Consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual reports for M&I Department. Appraise, supervise and offer advice to subordinates. Assist the Director to monitor or review the state's compliance with regional and international treaties and charter-based mechanisms. Facilitate compilation of the Commission's reports to the relevant treaty bodies. Perform other related duties as assigned. *Qualifications and Experience* Bachelor of laws (Honours) degree, Social Work or any relevant qualification from an accredited tertiary institution. A relevant Master's degree is an added advantage. Minimum of 3 years' working experience in development and human rights work. Good report writing, oral and written communication skills Proficiency in oral presentations. Excellent leadership skills. Ability and tenacity to work with diverse stakeholders. Must be a person of high integrity, professionalism, assertiveness and innovation.
