The price of soya beans has been increased to ZWL$228 660 plus US$90 per metric tonne from ZWL$171 495 plus US$90 per metric tonne. The price of sunflower has been increased to ZWL$274 392 per metric tonne plus US$90 from ZWL$205 794 plus US$90 per metric tonne. GMB chief executive officer Rockie Mutenha said the new prices are effective 03 August 2022. He added: > GMB is encouraging farmers to immediately deliver their crops to the nearest depot or collection point. > We are further encouraging farmers who had not opened their Nostro accounts to do so to enable us to deposit the foreign currency component.
