In a public notice, Liquid said the connectivity challenges have been caused by a break on the South Africa side of its Zimbabwe-South Africa fibre link. According to Techzim, this is not the first time Liquid Home (ZOL) customers have experienced internet connectivity disruptions. In 2018, Liquid suffered another fibre break that crippled its internet service.
