In a memorandum to all Provincial Education Directors (PEDs) dated 8 March 2022, the Chief Director HR at the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, L Tagara, said the Government has resolved that teachers who failed to report for duty when schools reopened are ineligible to take part in the census.
