Here is the Coronavirus/ COVID-19 Situation Report or Update for Zimbabwe by the Ministry of Health and Child Care (MoHCC) on 05 February 2022:

_• 67 New Cases (All focal) and 2 Deaths were reported today. (7-day rolling average* for new cases falls to 141 from 143 (yesterday)._

_• Vaccination Update: 2 549 received the 1st dose today bringing cumulative for 1st dose to 4 290 268, 2 706 received their 2nd dose bringing cumulative for 2nd dose to 3 319 079 while 1 380 received their 3rd dose bringing cumulative for 3rd dose to 66 994._

_• As of 4 February 2022, @1500hrs, 40 hospitalised cases: New Admissions (7), Asymptomatic 4, mild to moderate 31, severe 5 and 0 in Intensive Care Units._

_• 1 817 tests done today Positivity today was 4%)._

_• 204 new recoveries: National Recovery rate raises to 96% & Active cases go down 4 013._

_• As of today, Zimbabwe has recorded 230 402 Cases; 221 027 recoveries & 5 362 Deaths._
