The Minister of State for Bulawayo Provincial Affairs and Devolution, Judith Ncube officiated at the ribbon-cutting ceremony. She said the re-introduction of commuter trains in Bulawayo indicates the government’s commitment to ensure a safe, affordable and reliable public transport system.
