WhatsApp: 0️⃣7️⃣8️⃣3️⃣ 4️⃣5️⃣0️⃣ 7️⃣9️⃣3️⃣ ---------- > It is with great sadness that a 51-year-old anti-poaching officer has been trampled to death by an elephant in Victoria Falls. @Zimparks & @PoliceZimbabwe are on the ground. Human-wildlife conflicts are not new in areas near national parks. Just last month, a Zimbabwean man from Kwekwe in the Midlands province was trampled to death while trying to take a selfie with elephants. The elephants seriously injured a second person who had to be admitted to the hospital. ZIMPARKS reported that the elephant that charged at him was one of several that had escaped from a conservation area in central Zimbabwe.
