The State alleges Chipika submitted to Chagwiza’s demands after being retried by his scary apparel. Two weeks later, Chagwiza went to Thomas Chivhura’s homestead and attempted to steal a solar panel system that was on the roof of the latter’s bedroom house. Chivhura became suspicious when he heard movements on the roof and came out prompting the thief who was also wearing his ghost costume to flee. Chivhura teamed up with neighbours, pursued and apprehended Chagwiza whom they later handed over to the police.
