*'It Won't Work', Killer Scoffs At Mangudya Directive* *Follow Pindula on WhatsApp for daily new updates* https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Va84dngJP21B2nWeyM3v?vs Social media personality and former ZANU PF Member of Parliament Killer Zivhu has criticised Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) Governor John Mangudya following his warning against businesses that are now rejecting $5.00 banknotes. Zivhu said threatening businesses for refusing to accept the notes will simply not work because they have become “useless” and trying to force traders to accept them may push some into “committing suicide. The statement read: > The Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) is investigating cases involving traders who are rejecting $5 notes for payment for good and services. Such conduct is not only counterproductive but also criminal. > Those affected or inconvenienced by this malpractice should report to the Bank, the FIU or the nearest police station. The Bank urges all traders to conduct their operations within the confines of the law and respect consumers. > The Bank advises that all notes issued by the Bank and in circulation are still legal tender. *More: Killer Zivhu Biography* _If you found this article useful_ *Please support Pindula by forwarding to friends and groups*
