According to the Power utility, the power outage in Avonlea and surrounding areas is due to a faulty underground cable and the power outage in Mt Pleasant and UZ areas is due to a fault at Dorset Substation. Belgravia, KGV1, Defence College, University of Zimbabwe and the surrounding areas. > ZETDC engineers and technicians are working to rectify the fault.
