Bobi wine had previously taken to Twitter to say the picture was looking good before his presser in which he denounced the preliminary results that are being published by the country’s Election Commission. The country’s internet service providers have reportedly shut down the internet again after the government ordered them to do so. Museveni who is a former guerilla commander has been the country’s president for the past 34 years since he took office in 1986.
