South African based Malawian preacher Sheperd Bushiri and his wife Mary will spend 4 more nights in custody after a Pretoria Magistrate Thandi Thelede postponed their case to Friday because she will not be available on any other day this week, eNCA reports.

According to the publication, the magistrate:

_Noted with concern that there were a large number of people outside on Monday who were not social distancing. She stated she cannot risk having large crowds outside without sufficient time to attend to the matter._

The couple Sheperd and Mary Bushiri was arrested last week for fraud involving R102 Million. The state reportedly opposed bail because they said they need more time to investigate.
