Prosecutor Mike Choto told the court that on November 28 2019, the accused connived to steal second-hand clothes and tents worth $7 600 from a consignment which had been delivered at the DDC’s office from the Department of Civil Protection. They entered the offices where the goods were kept and allegedly selected items of their choice. The following day, Murwa filed a police report for a break-in at her office where the donations were kept. Police investigations, however, implicated the four. Some of the stolen goods worth $181 were found at Murwa and Masaire’s residences. *More: NewsDay* _If you found this article useful_ *Please support Pindula by forwarding to friends and groups*
