*"The Unresolved Zimbabwean Crisis Is A Threat To ZANU PF's Existence," - Political Analyst* *Follow Pindula on WhatsApp for daily new updates* https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Va84dngJP21B2nWeyM3v?gv A political lecturer at the University of Zimbabwe, Eldred Masunungure has said the governance and human rights crisis prevalent in Zimbabwe was a threat to the mere existence of the ruling ZANU PF. He speaks after the recently held 40th SADC meeting of heads of state and government has passed with Zimbabwe missing on the agenda. Meanwhile, the ruling party denies the existence of the said crisis. Speaking to the Daily News On Sunday on Saturday, Masunungure said: ---------- *HOT DEALS:* *itel A70 - (128GB, 3GB RAM) $89,* *itel A70 - (256GB, 4GB RAM) $99* *itel P40 (128GB, 4GB), (6000mAh) $99* *itel P40 (64GB, 4G), (6000mAh) $93* *LATEST: itel S24 (128) $124; S24 (256GB) $159* Cash on Delivery in Harare & Bulawayo. In other words, I don’t envisage a civil war as some tend to fear. The implosion will be at the level of the regime and it appears the fermentation process in this regard is already underway courtesy of intra-regime contradictions. To most people, this fermentation is already visible to the naked eye. As I have tried to explain many times, the tragedy of Zimbabwe is the tyranny of a single truth which makes Zimbabwe unripe for internally-sourced solutions at this juncture. He added that there are saboteurs who prefer the status quo albeit at the expense of national economic and political stability. Masunungure added that SADC and the African Union are now supposed to find a solution since both ZANU PF and the opposition are not willing to accept a solution designed from within the country. Ironically, Special Envoys of South African President Cyril Ramaphosa who is the chairperson of the African Union left the country recently without meeting the other key stakeholders amid reports they had been barred by president Emmerson Mnangagwa.
