However, the government admitted to paying $200 000 of the $200 Million it had promised and the payment was done once and was stopped when the government announced it was suspending some mobile money to facilitate investigating black-market activities among other reasons like there were errors in the details of the beneficiaries and other reasons. The government last week made a promise to resume the disbursement again according to The Sunday Mail.
