Biti said: > As we feared both Jacob and Hope will spend a further night in prison after they were both respectively remanded overnight in custody. In Hope’s case, the court adjourned due to Mnangagwa’s curfew rules. In Jacob’s case the court said it will now hand down it’s ruling tomorrow. Ngarivhume’s lawyer Moses Nkomo indicated that the hearing will be at 1115hrs tomorrow (Thursday). The duo will sleep at Harare Remand Prison tonight. The State opposed bail saying Chin’ono is likely to abscond or destroy evidence, arguing that he had tried to delete his Twitter handle, which he allegedly used to incite public violence.
