ARTUZ said in a statement: > ARTUZ leadership, lawyer Douglas Coltart and Simon Drury’s trial for criminal nuisance that was scheduled for today has been postponed to tomorrow (25 February) at 1415 hrs in court 6, at Harare Magistrate’s court. > It has been necessitated by the absence of Magistrate Rudo Mugwagwa who has been presiding over the case since last year. > We look forward for justice to prevail. The dragging of trial in courts since August 2019 is a deliberate act to frustrate our cdes. Justice delayed is justice denied. > Our fight for a living wage is on.
