Alex Tawanda Magaisa a former advisor to ex-Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai has said that the policies which are being implemented by President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s government failed during Mugabe’s era.

These remarks which are in Magaisa’s Big Saturday Read are said when the government has subsidised mealie-meal which is related to the Basic commodities (BARCOSI) initiative that was introduced by the former governor of the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, Gideon Gono during the 2007-8 hyperinflation era.
