He filed an application at the Constitutional Court for a review of the election results and the court upheld the ZEC results saying that Chamisa had failed to present evidence to support his claim that elections had been rigged. Recently, he announced that he had discovered new evidence which suggests that the elections had indeed been manipulated and said the MDC was planning to approach SADC over the matter.
