*WATCH: "This Has Nothing To Do With Forex," Harare Residents On Burst Pipe* *Follow Pindula on WhatsApp for daily new updates* https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Va84dngJP21B2nWeyM3v?cc Harare Residents’ Trust has said that the erratic provision of water by the Harare City Council was not entirely due to the inadequacy of foreign currency to import chemicals as the local authority said. The Trust says that the water crisis also owes much to the council’s incompetence to manage available resources. This is the pipe that takes treated water to Warren control. This has been so for the past three weeks. One wonders how such levels of incompetence can be left unchecked. As of now most parts of Harare are dry. The residents have no drinking water. This wastage has nothing to do with foreign currency, but pure incompetence and weak leadership. I rest my case. Click here t watch the video Harare has had water shortages for a long period of time now. Among other issues, Harare cites the scarcity of foreign currency needed to import chemicals to purify water and also the dwindling level of water in the city’s water sources.
