A junior doctor at Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals who spoke to Zim Morning Post this week, on condition that his identity is not revealed said that senior doctors and consultancy are still on strike. The doctor is quoted as saying: ---------- Pindula is best experienced with the Android App. *Download APK here:* https://zero.pindula.co.zw/media/apps/apks/pindula23.apk _On Econet, Pindula does NOT use your data_ ---------- > Only 386 doctors have since returned to work, but they are just junior doctors who are not doing any work since senior doctors and the consultancy are still on strike. Another doctor told the publication that it was illogical to enter into a contract of employment with Masiyiwa when the government was the doctors’ employer. Last month, Higherlife Foundation, an NGO founded by Strive and Tsitsi Masiyiwa offered to contribute towards doctors’ salaries in a bid to end the impasse between government and doctors. The organisation offered to pay an extra monthly amount of ZWL$5,000 (US$310), a smartphone, transport and some medical equipment. *More: Zim Morning Post* itel A50 now available on Pindula at $84 64GB storage, 2GB RAM. _ideal for light usage_ _If you found this article useful_ *Please support Pindula by forwarding to friends and groups*
