The development comes after SADC countries passed a resolution to declare 25 October a day against-sanctions imposed by the West on Zimbabwe. Meanwhile, some local analysts have criticised the event saying that it was time and money-wasting as sanctions will, according to Western states who imposed them, only be removed if Zimbabwe upholds human rights which it is alleged to be currently violating.
