It is reported that on October 4 this year at around 7 PM, Tshuma smashed the bedroom window of Mr Sandile Ntshali’s house, entered and robbed Nrshali of his 21-inch television set and a suitcase that was full of clothes all valued at R 5000. The accused pleaded not guilty to all charges before Western Commonage magistrate Ms Tancy Dube who sentenced him to four years in prison and suspended one on condition that Tshuma does not commit a similar offence within the next three years.
