This was revealed by the Ministry of Information who posted on Twitter on Friday 20 September giving an update on the doctor who was found on Thursday night. Meanwhile, Zimbabwe Human Rights Lawyers have claimed that authorities are denying Magombeyi access to a lawyer, which is a right enshrined in the constitution. Team Pachedu, an opposition political activism online group, has also observed that Magombeyi has the right to remain silent or to speak and also to be informed of the consequences of speaking or remaining silent thereof. Other commentators have however observed that Magombeyi does not need time to recollect his memory since he has already narrated to the media what transpired when he went missing.
