The exploits could be used to access a users photos, messages, and tracking near a real-time location. This pours sand to the notion that iPhones are very secure devices. However, Apple has come out to say they fixed the bug in their iOS 12.1.4 update. The hacked sites were being used in indiscriminate watering hole attacks against their visitors, using iPhone 0-day. > There was no target discrimination; simply visiting the hacked site was enough for the exploit server to attack your device, and if it was successful, install a monitoring implant.
