Siphosami Sibanda, of Zhombe in the Midlands province was convicted of two counts of exiting and entering Zimbabwe through ungazetted ports, two of theft and another of unlawful entry. The Prosecutor, Mr Onias Nyathi said Sibanda illegally left Zimbabwe for Botswana in March and April. Nyathi said Sibanda broke into a house in Pandamatenga Camp Quarters and stole an LG cellphone. Sibanda is also said to have broken into Pandamatenga Clinic in Botswana and stole a wheelchair. The accused was arrested on April 7 when he illegally entered Zimbabwe from Botswana.
