Zimbabwe Tourism Authority (ZTA) chief executive Karikoga Kaseke claims that 19 countries and 63 local groups have already confirmed their participation at this year’s fifth edition of the Harare International Carnival, He also emphasized the that 2018 Carnival will be bigger and better bringing more happiness creating more employment in the process.
