The new arrangement took effect on March 30. Under the new development, a Zimbabwean intending to travel to Angola has to be in possession of a valid passport, return airline ticket, an International Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate and proof of resources to pay for accomodation and upkeep while in that country.
