Johnson met with Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, retired Lieutenant-General Sibusiso Busi (S.B.) Moyo who is also in London. Moyo had gone to attend The Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) but was later notified that Zimbabwe has been denied observer status as such a status did not exist. However, the British said that Moyo was free to use the gathering to meet with delegates on the sidelines.
