This comes a few days after EcoCash opened up its service to NetOne’s OneWallet users. With this new development, it means that all of Zimbabwe’s mobile money users can now use EcoCash. However, at the moment both OneWallet and Telecash users cannot use shortcodes as there is no facility for USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data). Instead, they have to download the official EcoCash application for transacting.
