He said that everything was now left to the discretion of the contractors, Australian firm, Geiger International and China Harbour Engineering Company (Chec). The announcement will not be welcomed by Zanu-PF youths who have been demanding exclusive employment rights on the road construction as a reward for being loyal to the party.
