Warriors skipper Ovidy Karuru was awarded the man of match after the senior men’s team beat Mozambique 4-0 in a COSAFA match played in South Africa this evening.

Karuru scored in the 43rd minute. In the second half Karuru doubled the lead in the 64th minute with a header from a corner. Karuru could have grabbed a hat-trick in the 75th minute but failed to score despite being one on one with the keeper. Two minutes later Ocean Mushure scored the third with a free kick just outside the box. Herentals forward Blessing Majarira then scored the fourth in the 92nd minute after coming on for Talent Chawapiwa.
