*Ecosure accused of shortchanging clients, company blames cash shortages* *Follow Pindula on WhatsApp for daily new updates* https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Va84dngJP21B2nWeyM3v?gk Subscribers of Econet’s Ecosure Funeral service have accused the company of shortchanging them by failing to give them money when death occurs as agreed. This was said at a meeting in Bulawayo of some burial societies which subscribe to Ecosure. Some of the accusations are das follows: ---------- *HOT DEALS:* *itel A70 - (128GB, 3GB RAM) $89,* *itel A70 - (256GB, 4GB RAM) $99* *itel P40 (128GB, 4GB), (6000mAh) $99* *itel P40 (64GB, 4G), (6000mAh) $93* *LATEST: itel S24 (128) $124; S24 (256GB) $159* Cash on Delivery in Harare & Bulawayo. Tinotumira kwamuri inosvika. WhatsApp: 0️⃣7️⃣8️⃣3️⃣ 4️⃣5️⃣0️⃣ 7️⃣9️⃣3️⃣ ---------- 1. Despite paying on time, when someone dies Ecosure agents tell subscribers that there is no money. 2. Ecosure is changing policies without consulting customers as they now say any payment made after the 10th is deemed void, something they did not inform customers of before. However, head of sales EcoCash and EcoSure, Mr. Learnmore Masunda attributed all problems to cash shortages, Said Masunda > We are in a cash crisis as a country. This is not an Econet problem only but our problem. People are failing to cash-out their money at our agents but we will try by all means that the bereaved members of that burial society can get the money and I can assure you that if it means calling those agents in Gwanda I can do that so that the affected members get the money to bury their loved ones.
