A report by the Zimbabwe National Council for the Welfare of Children (ZNCWC) accuses Chinese nationals in Victoria Falls of paying as little as $2 for sex with underage girls in the resort area. According to the report, this has been happening for the past five years since the government commissioned the expansion of the Victoria Falls International Airport. The airport was expanded by the Chinese.
