To date 4 923 senior citizens have benefited from the rate rebate scheme. She said the rebate scheme was benefiting people from suburbs such as Mzilikazi, Njube, Iminyela, Mabutweni, Old Pumula, Queens Park, Sauerstown, Richmond and North End.
