*Tafara senior citizens threaten Harare City with class action lawsuit unless they get regular water supply* *Follow Pindula on WhatsApp for daily new updates* https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Va84dngJP21B2nWeyM3v?de 63 Tafara residents, most of them senior citizens, have signed a petition demanding Harare City Council (HCC) to supply them with a regular supply of piped water. Some of the residents have gone for more than 10-years without piped water. The residents also want their water bills to be recalculated since they are being billed for non-existent services. The petitioners have threatened to file a class action lawsuit at the High Court unless their concerns are addressed. They are threatening to sue HCC and Ministry of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing. ---------- *HOT DEALS:* *itel A70 - (128GB, 3GB RAM) $89,* *itel A70 - (256GB, 4GB RAM) $99* *itel P40 (128GB, 4GB), (6000mAh) $99* *itel P40 (64GB, 4G), (6000mAh) $93* *LATEST: itel S24 (128) $124; S24 (256GB) $159* Cash on Delivery in Harare & Bulawayo. We give notice that if our prayer to have bills recalculated is not done, our intention is to proceed to court on a class action against yourselves and the ministry concerned.
