Chipuramura was in the company of his 11-year-old brother when he slipped and fell into the pit last Wednesday, a few metres from their house. Speaking to The Chronicle Bulawayo Metropolitan province police spokesperson Inspector Precious Simango confirmed the incident yesterday. The deceased’s father, Mr Oswell Chipuramura, blamed the city council for his son’s death and said the incident could have been avoided had council workers taken measures to either secure the pit or close it. ---------- *HOT DEALS:* *itel A70 - (128GB, 3GB RAM) $89,* *itel A70 - (256GB, 4GB RAM) $99* *itel P40 (128GB, 4GB), (6000mAh) $99* *itel P40 (64GB, 4G), (6000mAh) $93* *LATEST: itel S24 (128) $124; S24 (256GB) $159* Cash on Delivery in Harare & Bulawayo.
