He conceded that he had no case to argue before the court. He had applied to the Supreme Court after the Bulawayo High Court had overturned his decision to suspend Gweru Mayor Hamutendi Kombayi and 10 councillors. Kasukuwere had felt aggrieved by this decision and had appealed to the Supreme Court. However, yesterday he conceded that he had no case to argue after he had acted in contravention of the law.
