Due to the ongoing electoral processes in Zimbabwe following the general elections that were held on 23 August, the UK advised its citizens in Zimbabwe to avoid any political gatherings or demonstrations. Taking photographs of police, armed forces personnel, government buildings and of demonstrations and protests is not permitted. > Always carry identity documentation or a copy of your passport.
