Ramaphosa Gives Jacob Zuma Until Monday To Withdraw Private Prosecution Summons Ramaphosa says Zuma is abusing legal processes and that he requires a certificate of non-prosecution from the NPA in order to initiate private prosecution. Zuma’s court papers in the high court in Johannesburg say Ramaphosa’s application to block the private prosecution was based on the claims of an improper motive and political conspiracy. Zuma said he was determined to ensure that Ramaphosa faced the might of the law.
