Manyangadze’s timeline: > On July 17, 2013, Manyangadze was sworn in as Labour Court president > On September 29, 2021, Manyangadze took oath as a judge of the High Court. The newly sworn-in SADCAT judges were appointed by the SADC Council of Ministers during its meeting held in August 2022 in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. SADCAT was established by a Resolution of the SADC Summit meeting held in Gaborone, Botswana, on August 18 2015 pursuant to articles 9(2) and 10(6) of the SADC Treaty. SADCAT has jurisdiction to hear and determine labour disputes between the Sadc secretariat and any of its institutions.
