The Permanent Secretary of Information, Nick Mangwana has said, president Emmerson Mnangagwa was “not drunk” at a Scholarship Fund event held recently.

A short video clip circulating on social media in which Mnangagwa was holding hands with his two aides who accompanied him to the podium left many saying he was drunk. Mangwana later posted two video clips and captioned:
