He said: > There was a fire outbreak in Bluff Hill where a Zesa transformer was burnt. The fire apparently disrupted electricity supplies to some properties around the area, but Zesa would have finer details on the issue. Zesa spokesperson Ms Prisca Utete referred questions to the power utility’s Harare region general manager Abel Gurupira. He said: > I am yet to receive a report of the incident, but the company’s policy is that only the public relations department is allowed to speak to the media, so Ms Utete should be handling this. The Zimbabwe Electricity Distribution and Transmission Company, a ZESA subsidiary issued a statement on Friday saying engineers were seized with the matter.
