The airline also cancelled flights to and from South Africa until 28 February following South Africa’s ban on travels to and from the country to curb the coronavirus. This comes as RwandAir had also cancelled Harare flights citing fears over the new and aggressive coronavirus variant. The variant was first detected in South Africa and is feared it might have entered Zimbabwe between December and January.
