Zimbabwe Broadcasting Services has hiked TV and Radio licenses. According to ZimPrice Check here are the new license fees for radios and TVs in Zimbabwe.

Car Radio License – $600 per quarter, $1800 per year
Hone radio license rural $75 per quarter, $225 per year
Home Radio license urban $ $300 per quarter, $900 per year
Home TV license $700 per quarter, $2100 per year
Business radio license $ 700 per quarter, $2100 per year
Company Car radio $800 per quarter, $2400 per year
Company TV license $1125 per quarter, $4500 per year.

everyone who owns a TV and or a radio is expected to have a license. However, inspectors from the national broadcaster are not doing inspections due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Some users claim the content on ZBC TV is not interesting and they will not pay for a license because of that.
