The Choto family was represented by Fiona Iliff of the Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights (ZLHR). In a post on their social media pages, the ZLHR said out of the ZWL$4.3 million, ZWL$2 million is compensation for loss of support for Kelvin’s minor child Anenyasha Janelle Choto while ZWL$2 million is for loss of support for the widow Varaidzo Chiyanike.
