The ongoing fights have reportedly resulted in the vandalism of properties at the farm and police said investigations are already underway. The Ministry of Lands last year withdrew the land from Kasukuwere and gave it to Mudzvimunyu but Kasukuwere has since challenged the withdrawal at the court. Mudzvimunyu was ordered by the High Court to stop harvesting Kasukuwere’s fruits but has continued to defy the ruling.
